This role independently conducts analytical and operational activities in support of complex state or federally funded health initiatives. The Senior Program Business Analyst leads defined analytical tasks related to program performance, implementation monitoring, and reporting requirements. They are responsible for developing and maintaining recurring reporting products and structured documentation aligned with state and federal grant requirements, and reconciling financial and performance data to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance alignment. The position involves translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders, and maintaining and improving tracking systems for procurement, grant administration, deliverables, and reporting cycles. The analyst identifies documentation gaps, tracking inconsistencies, or operational risks and escalates issues appropriately. They also support audit preparation, monitoring activities, and structured program governance processes within compliance-driven environments, and collaborate across workstreams to ensure milestones and reporting obligations are met in high-volume implementation settings. Up to 25% travel may be required.
