About The Position

ITC Defense is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in support of the Australia FMS F/A-18 customer on PMA-265 at the NAVAIR Headquarters in Lexington Park, MD.

Requirements

  • An Active Secret Clearance or higher is required in order to be considered.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and LCM; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning to include specific knowledge of FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs.
  • Expert knowledge of SECNAV, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) forms related to Planning Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD254 is required.
  • Experience must include program/project status, earned value management (EVM) and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to support various aspects of FMS Programs and ensure program success.
  • Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program.
  • Participate as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and IPTs.
  • Collect, compile, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
