About The Position

This position serves as the Program Analyst, Senior to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), V-22 FMS Japan Program Management Support Services (PMSS). Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements: Principal Requirements: The Program Analyst, Senior performs critical program management, technical or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Senior level person typically works on high- visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Previous NATOPS program process experience
  • Previous NATIP program process experience
  • MA/MS Degree
  • Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s

  • Previous FMS program experience desired

Responsibilities

  • performing program management and business analysis
  • Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs); attending directed business meetings
  • collect, complete, organize and interpret program information relating to aircraft weapon/acquisition and product programs.
  • Oversees the full lifecycle of aircraft technical documentation and configuration control to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with U.S. and partner‑nation requirements.
  • manages the development, revision, and distribution of flight manuals, checklists, and aircrew publications
  • maintains strict configuration baselines for airframes, mission systems, and support equipment
  • ensures all changes follow established engineering, safety, and export‑control processes.
  • coordinates closely with engineering, logistics, quality assurance, program management, and international customers to validate technical data, track modifications, and support airworthiness and contractual deliverables.
  • expertise in MIL‑STD configuration management practices, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to interface professionally with U.S. government stakeholders and foreign partners in a controlled, compliance‑driven environment.
