About The Position

This job posting is for upcoming opportunities. We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst - CWMD Systems with extensive expertise with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Threat Reduction and Arms Control (DASW(TRAC)) Countering WMD Systems Division within the Washington Headquarters Services in Falls Church, VA to join our team.

Requirements

Master's degree
10 years of experience in staff environment designing, planning, budgeting, and executing programs and projects.
US.Citizen
Active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of information technology acquisition policies, strategies, processes, and procedures.
Experience with CWMD systems and capabilities.
Understanding of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
Experience with requirements development and validation.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition framework and milestone processes.
Strong program management and systems engineering background.

Responsibilities

Perform complex evaluations of CWMD Systems-funded programs, projects, and other funded activities including identification of options, acquisition strategies, management procedures and processes, and information systems.
Integrate all functions and activities necessary to assist Director in managing portfolio of investments including resource management and acquisition oversight.
Provide direction to project team personnel ensuring timelines and project goals are met.
Interface directly with Director, CWMD Systems to provide direct customer support.
Interface with project managers and technical subject matter experts from DoD organizations and U.S. Government organizations funded by CWMD Systems program.
Lead strategic guidance for portfolio management and provide senior-level direction and oversight to project team personnel.
Provide senior-level expertise in designing, planning, budgeting, and executing programs and projects.
