About The Position

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll join colleagues passionate about delivering customer value through operational excellence and innovation. As the Senior Professional Services Systems Analyst, you’ll be the architect of our operational ecosystem—connecting systems, processes, and people across the entire Professional Services (PS) organization. You will drive global impact by designing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional value and adapt to evolving customer needs. This role goes beyond traditional BSA responsibilities: you’ll lead transformative automation, champion innovation, and orchestrate strategic initiatives that support rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in operations, process management, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Rocketlane, FinancialForce), CRM systems, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technical project management or consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian’s product ecosystem and best practices.
  • Background in Professional Services, Revenue Operations, or PSA administration.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers or professional services teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and continuously improve innovative workflows that drive efficiency and scale across the PS organization.
  • Own requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes, or other assets used to capture business needs.
  • Recommend and implement best practices related to PS operations.
  • Shape and optimize our technology ecosystem to power seamless service delivery.
  • Lead strategic enhancement projects and partner with IT to create integrated systems that amplify team effectiveness.
  • Pioneer intelligent automation solutions that eliminate manual work and implement cutting-edge technologies for competitive advantage.
  • Partner with AI Product Managers/Technical Product Managers to implement AI based solutions and optimization.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes across PS.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of objectives.
  • Guide transformational initiatives, empower teams through engaging training, and create roadmaps for successful adoption of new ways of working.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with PS leadership to turn vision into operational excellence.
  • Build powerful alliances across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and other teams to ensure alignment on forecasting, project pipelines, and client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted operational advisor, connecting PS with the broader organization.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for all PS deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure data hygiene and governance across systems (e.g., SFDC, PSA) for accurate data sharing and reporting.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
