About The Position

HJ Staffing is seeking a visionary Senior Professional Project Manager. In this high-impact role, you will lead medium-sized projects of low to moderate complexity while assisting in the management of large-scale enterprise programs. You will serve as a strategic architect, defining requirements, designing implementation plans, and driving project modifications to ensure every deliverable meets our rigorous standards of excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: Six or more years of dedicated experience in professional project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Methodology Mastery: Deep experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Catalyst), including planning, control, and assurance practices.
• Industry Context: Experience working with client visions, business objectives, and delivery assurance principles.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of techniques related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Availability: Standard business hours, ideally aligned with CST or EST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Project Architecture: Create and implement comprehensive project definitions, detailed schedules, budgets, and objectives for multiple medium-sized initiatives.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Prepare detailed statements of work (SOWs) and secure concurrence and approval from key stakeholders.
• Performance Oversight: Manage costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables to ensure every milestone is met on time and within budget.
• Risk Intelligence: Perform ongoing reviews of project status to identify risks early; recommend and implement sophisticated risk mitigation solutions.
• Change Management: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage shifts in technical requirements, business needs, and project timelines.
• Team Leadership: Oversee assigned personnel, providing clear direction, addressing performance issues, and mentoring team members to achieve project objectives.
• Governance: Participate in delivery assurance reviews to ensure strict adherence to established project management policies and procedures.
