Requirements

5+ years of experience in residential house cleaning.
Deep knowledge of effective cleaning methods, tools, and materials.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
Ability to lift 25–30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
Comfortable working in diverse home settings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Reliable, professional, and committed to quality.
Leads by example and encourages teamwork.
Self -starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Passionate about creating clean, welcoming homes for clients.

Build and maintain long -term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Communicate client preferences, special requests, or concerns to the team clearly and proactively.
