While reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering, you will provide Electrical Engineering support to approximately 70 plants throughout the Division. The successful candidate must work closely with the Plant Managers, Plant Maintenance Managers, and Capital Project Engineering teams to provide engineering solutions and support. Primary Responsibilities: You will work on large- and small-scale initiatives with minimal direct supervisor oversight. You will act as an Electrical Engineer supporting Capital projects through design and implementation. You must be willing to work the hours necessary to complete objectives which may include: weekends, extended hours, and travel away from home 20-30% of the time. Requirements

• We expect you to maintain advanced computer skills (word, spread sheets, CAD, project management software, etc.)
• We expect you to have a solid understanding of Arc Flash requirements for industrial applications.
• We expect you to have a solid knowledge of the NEC.
• We expect you to have experience working with industrial electrical distribution from 5kVAC to 120VAC, motor controls, plant lighting, and coordinated drive controls.
• We expect you to be able to assist mills in electrical troubleshooting when required.
• We expect you to have prior Project Management experience
• a BS degree in Electrical Engineering
• a Professional Engineering Certification in Electrical Engineering
• at least 10 years of electrical power distribution experience including power system troubleshooting and design.
