About The Position

This position will report to the Manager of SCM for High Performance Materials and be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, visualization tools, and business intelligence, particularly using Power BI. You will be responsible for leading and supporting projects that enhance our operational efficiencies and decision-making capabilities across various business units.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and typically 6 - 9 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, with at least 2 years of AI experience.
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and other data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proven ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Experience in machine learning, predictive or descriptive analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support digital transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain advanced data analytics systems using Power BI, Power Query, and other relevant tools.
Design, build, and deploy custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the integration of technological solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on the use of data visualization tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to benefit the company.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics activities.
