This is an exciting role to join Kinetic’s underwriting team, and own a territory expansion. Your responsibilities will include growing appointed broker relationships by engaging with producers on a regular basis, both over the phone and in person. You will own building relationships that grow into submission volumes and premiums in your designated territory, and help explain Kinetic’s value proposition to our brokers in order to win accounts. Kinetic has incredibly unique products that we are excited to offer to our brokers as a way to set their accounts up for injury reduction, premium savings, and happier employees over time. You will be the beacon of this message in your interaction with our brokers. You should have a strong background in positioning a value-based product in Workers’ Compensation and the confidence to win business by leading with value, not just price. You should be excited to engage with brokers and get the deal done in a way that prices the risk for profitability, and brings a can-do attitude to the team.
