This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to in being able to work rotating shifts and hours
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
  • Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
  • Highly committed to continuous improvement applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
  • Strong mechanical background

Responsibilities

  • Verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts

  • Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors
  • Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
  • Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
  • Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
