We’re growing—and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on 2nd Shift Senior Production Supervisor to help lead the way. What You’ll Do As a key leader on the production floor, you’ll set the tone for performance, safety, and teamwork. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly drives results. Lead, coach, and inspire a team to meet (and exceed) production goals Keep operations running smoothly by planning, organizing, and directing daily activities Champion a safety-first culture and ensure a clean, organized work environment Identify opportunities for continuous improvement —reduce waste, boost efficiency, and elevate quality Train and develop team members to grow skills and performance Tackle challenges head-on—resolving bottlenecks and keeping production on track Manage schedules, attendance, and time-off requests Lead daily shift meetings to align the team and communicate priorities Handle performance management and corrective actions when needed Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations What You Bring We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop hourly teams
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
