Responsibilities A Lead Process Coach covers daily Production activities: The Material, Planning & Logistics Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. MPL Supervisors are: Resilient Detail oriented Ambitious Demonstrate high integrity Will lead team for safety checks (5S, hazards), team readiness (staffing, priorities), production flow (schedule adherence, quality), and compliance (documentation, training), ensuring smooth operations from shift start (kick-off meeting) through shift end (reporting, handover) by focusing on people, process, and performance for efficiency and quality. Will be required to work off shifts. What you'll do... Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Must be able to lead the team of Process Coaches and hourly personnel and give them directions on managing the business and meeting the Company Metrics.
