About The Position

What you can Expect in this Role Perform a variety of highly detailed mechanical equipment changes Perform system checks (pressure, weight, density) Troubleshoot equipment and systems within HMI Assess equipment readiness by verification of set up process adherence Negotiate improvements within equipment’s disassembly process Perform a variety of basic manufacturing tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of one or more manufacturing work-centers. May work with lab equipment, solutions and reagents. Responsible for tasks in one or more work-centers. Cross-train in other work-centers. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Record information in Product Documentation in "real time". Read and follow documentation, SOP’s, Work Instructions and equipment manuals. Follow all safety requirements. Assist or complete all set-up operation, clean-up, and/or change-over for manufacturing equipment in the work center. Perform monthly Safety and Process Audits if applicable. May provide production & process training to other employees or temporary employees. Assist in routine problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment. Requires moderate skills with a high level of proficiency. Complete assignments under general supervision, solves problems as part of a team and assumes responsibility as appropriate. Typically 2-3 + years production and/or manufacturing experience. What you Need to Succeed Machining or Mechanical experience is preferred Technical experience equivalent to Maintenance or Automotive industries Data gathering and analytical ability. Process improvement skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Project management ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both individually and as a team player. PC skills, including Microsoft Office. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Extensive standing, lifting, phone and computer use. Capable of standing continuously for up to 2 hours. Extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crouch. May be required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Hearing acuity sufficient to effectively communicate with customers and Employees via telephone and in person. Ability to communicate verbally on phone and in person. Fluency in the English language.

Requirements
