About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to support our production team by programming doors based on customer orders. This role is critical in ensuring efficient and precise machining processes, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern CAD/CAM software and CNC programming tools used in manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Experience in CNC operations, and Machining
• Experience with Autocad or other CAD platforms
• Exposure to CNC machinery either in wood working or aluminum applications
• Experience with CNC programming tools such as Alphacam, Kval, or Fomcam
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to educating themselves in unfamiliar areas relevant to their responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for custom door components.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate machining and efficient workflow.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality control procedures.
