As a Senior Production Manager, you'll lead multiple shifts to ensure timely execution of the production plan in a non-union environment. You'll be accountable for maintaining safety, quality, hygiene, cost control, and environmental compliance. Your leadership will inspire teams, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of empowerment and accountability. You'll communicate the vision clearly to align your team and motivate them toward shared goals. You'll also develop supervisors and team leads, recognizing their potential and supporting their growth. Collaboration with cross-functional partners—especially maintenance—will be key to success. You'll handle escalations from hourly associates and lead by example to build a high-performing, engaged workplace. Most importantly, you'll set ambitious goals and take initiative to exceed them.
