About The Position

The Senior Production Analyst is a key contributor in defining, optimizing, and maintaining ERP processes within Epicor, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role focuses on managing system-driven production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to meet customer requirements, while driving continuous improvement through advanced Epicor functionality and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a Technical Field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Materials Control with Epicor ERP.
• Demonstrated ability to create queries, reports, and dashboards within Epicor.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present insights effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

• APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
• Power BI Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP processes in Epicor to streamline materials planning, shop floor scheduling, and inventory management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Epicor-related projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and troubleshooting.
• Support system integrity through pre- and post-process data analysis, validation, and accurate data migration.
• Manage production control planning and scheduling within Epicor to ensure alignment with sales forecasts, master production schedules, and customer requirements.
• Investigate and address deviations in production schedules using data insights from Epicor.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Managers to accurately reflect component demand in Epicor through sales orders, forecasting, and schedule adjustments.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and supply chain teams to identify, implement, and standardize Epicor-driven best practices.
• Utilize Epicor tools to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring on-time delivery while minimizing carrying costs and premium transportation expenses.
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators using Epicor and other analytical tools to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and Epicor system standards across all operations department functions.
