As the Senior Product Technician you will receive work direction from a Global Adult and Feminine Care Product Steward and conduct specialized technical work with emphasis in supporting a Global AFC R&E Team In this role, you will: Carry out all work ensuring effective Safety and Quality attitudes and practices Manage self in accordance with the expected behaviors of the Leadership Qualities. Effectively achieve results that meet business and individual objectives Take appropriate action based on problem solutions. Assist in training less experienced personnel Accurately record results and observations and report appropriately Assist on technical programs contributing to product design standards, development, and execution. Perform moderately complex tasks under the direction of an experienced scientist. Provide protection to technologies and materials through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to support of projects and initiatives through product acquisition, bench testing (standard and custom requests, execution, summaries), specification analysis and data entry, coordination of hand-making products and visuals. Documenting PPS instructions, requests for product safety clearance, shipping requests, material storage, competitive assessments, experimental product/material trials, product 101 presentations and visuals, prototype and sample management, specification updates, change controls, product and equipment drawing updates, and quality support at manufacturing facilities for launches or initiatives.
