About The Position
Ontra is seeking a Senior Product Services Analyst, KYC reporting to our General Manager, Emerging Markets, on our Product Management team. For this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in New York City. We're looking for someone excited to champion comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) requests by completing detailed questionnaires and supplying essential documents, proficiently onboarding new customers through meticulous file organization, and collaborating closely to develop and refine pivotal processes for a groundbreaking KYC services launch. If you're highly organized, have a strong understanding of legal processes, and experience using PowerPoint to create detailed structure charts, especially in the context of KYC work, we'd love to get to know you.
