Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, communications or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically eight or more years in product development, project management or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, marketing research and evaluation techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of energy industry players and their technologies, the competitive market and market trends
  • Advanced knowledge of a utility business model, operations and economics effecting profitability
  • Advanced skills in product promotion and communication
  • Advanced skills in analyzing the costs and benefits and functional aspects of new energy-related technologies and products
  • Intermediate knowledge of finance, economic and accounting principles
