The Office of Technology and Digital Services (OTDS) provides Technology services to our internal customers to help support our customers, grow our business and facilitate efficiencies to keep our employees and their processes successful. The Product Team Department manages the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, acting as a liaison to support product positioning and customer demand. The Product Manager/Owner is responsible for delivering valuable, innovative products to the marketplace in line with the organization's strategy. As well as act as the third level support / expert for any production issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential partner relationships for the product growth.
  • Evaluate product functionalities and performance based on market feedback or business need.
  • Propose enhancements and/or improvements to products based on market feedback or business need.
  • Stay on top of the technology to ensure we support our business needs and continue to eliminate tech debt.
  • Draft a feature roadmap based on business opportunities and market research.
  • Drive volume and value from specific markets in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
  • Generate innovative ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
