About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the overall optimization of the product through the development of strategy, prioritization of work, communication of KPIs and results, development of technical requirements, and the successful execution of optimized flows that improve customer metrics and conversions. This role mentors others in product-related functions, consistently delivers products and solutions that delight customers, meet or exceed business expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget, and acts as a Subject Matter Expert by demonstrating product functionality to internal and external groups as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of related experience and/or training working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner in healthcare technology.
Proven experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across functions.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent initiatives and driving them to completion.

Effectively gathering and managing requirements for technical projects.

Monitoring ongoing performance and usage of features and acts as the SME for questions, concerns, and suggestions on assigned products.
Advocating for quality solutions that meet or exceed defined customer expectations.
Performing reviews with key internal teams and commercial customers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on solution needs and product discovery/definition.
Developing strong relationships with all development, internal groups, and customers in order to ensure timely and effective delivery of software features and defect resolution.
Influences cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Ensures that the product features support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
