About The Position

The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high value solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and agile development teams to translate requirements into clear user stories, provide ongoing clarification, and validate delivered features against acceptance criteria. The Product Owner plays a key role in delivering high quality, customer centric products aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into well defined user stories and requirements.
  • Provide clear direction and ongoing clarifications to agile development teams throughout the sprint cycle.
  • Review, validate, and accept completed features based on established acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions that align with customer expectations and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, QA, and business partners—to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve product features and processes.
