Position Summary As Senior Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within our Refining engineering and project controls capabilities. These capabilities include engineering content management, large scale project management, budget/forecast financial reporting, and computer-aided design and drafting. The Senior Product Owner will provide product leadership in scaled agile environments, driving product vision, planning, and delivery across large, cross-functional initiatives. This role ensures effective project execution while collaborating with diverse teams to support organizational objectives and continuous improvement. The Senior Product Owner will champion agile best practices, prioritize work to maximize business value, and foster alignment across Refining stakeholders.
