About The Position

Altruist is transforming the multi-trillion dollar wealth management industry by building an AI platform for wealth professionals. We partner with financial advisors nationwide, empowering them to grow, optimize time and resources, and deliver superior outcomes for their clients. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us achieve our mission of making financial advice better, more affordable, and accessible to all. If you're passionate about challenging the status quo and want to do the most important work of your life, we'd love to meet you! Altruist is hiring an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for Hazel-the AI platform for financial advisors that integrates across their tech stack and transforms data into actionable outcomes. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. In close partnership with Product, you'll own Hazel's end-to-end GTM. Through rapid experimentation, you'll translate market and customer insights into ICP definitions, positioning, and messaging; shape pricing and packaging; and lead launches and lifecycle programs that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. This role is ideal for a product marketer who gets under the hood to understand how things work and why it matters, is comfortable creating GTM assets with design support, and operates independently while knowing when to escalate.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B product marketing in high‑growth, late‑stage startups; fintech/wealthtech or adjacent regulated industries preferred.
  • Curiosity: you ask "why" and back your answers with data.
  • Hustle: you are thoughtful, organized, and get things done. You ship, learn, iterate and run flawless, well-organized GTMs from planning to post-launch.
  • Partnership: you bring a clear POV, influence respectfully, collaborate for the greater good, and pull in the right teams at the right time.
  • Communication: you communicate clearly with internal and external audiences and can turn complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling marketing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Customer insights: own qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research; rapidly translate findings into ICP definitions and actionable programs.
  • Positioning & messaging: craft Hazel's positioning, value propositions, and ICP-specific external messaging-delivering engaging, high-quality storytelling and ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Launch management: develop and drive GTM launch plans; create GTM assets with Design, ensure stakeholder reviews approvals.
  • Growth programs: partner with Product to design and execute prospecting, onboarding, and lifecycle programs across web, email, webinars, and events; use continuous experimentation to reduce time-to-value.
  • Measurement: partner with Product and BI to develop and maintain adoption dashboards, monitor performance, and act quickly on insights to improve KPIs.
  • Thought leadership: partner with Comms and Content to develop thought-leadership pieces for earned media and our owned content touchpoints.
  • Enablement: help Sales advance conversations with via sale collateral including one-pagers and case studies, route field feedback back to the Product team.
