As the Senior Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product strategies and roadmaps are aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of reinsurance analytics, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments to deliver impactful solutions. This is a remote role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field required.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the insurance, reinsurance, or analytics domain required.
• Experience managing BAU applications and driving the development of new applications in complex domains.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools for product management, such as Jira or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the reinsurance or insurance sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with actuarial systems and analytics tools is a plus.
• Certification in product management or Agile practices is a plus.
• Experience working in a global, multi-location environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management function by building and maintaining strategic product roadmaps for BAU applications and new applications developed by the GRe Tech team.
• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for reinsurance analytics and actuarial applications.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Establish and formalize product management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Navigate the complexities of reinsurance analytics and actuarial systems, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features based on business impact, and plan releases to maximize value delivery.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for applications.
• Champion the product management function within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
