Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will bridge high-level product vision with day-to-day delivery, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to bring ideas to life through iteration, insights, and impact. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 of those years in a role at an established software technology company.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on data.
• Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on computer science concepts, systems, APIs, and architecture.
• Solid understanding of product development methodologies and a dedication to following them.
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Analytical attitude with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that drive EnrollHere client experience based on some of our key metrics.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, design, QA, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
• Define and evolve product vision and roadmap for your areas of ownership, ensuring it aligns with both user need and organization goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prioritize product features, maintain the product backlog in Linear, and make informed decisions around product development.
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity and completeness for the development team.
• Monitor and measure product performance and feature adoption, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and influence future product decisions.
• Contribute to EnrollHere’s internal standards and processes.
