As part of our mission to enable innovation, we provide a cutting-edge developer platform that allows ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Banks, Acquirers, and PSPs to integrate and build on Ingenico's payment terminals and cloud solutions, such as M360. We are seeking a Global Senior Product Manager to create, deliver, and manage the end-to-end developer experience. This includes enabling developers to build Android-based business applications for Ingenico terminals and providing enterprise-level tools for Banks, Acquirers, and PSPs to integrate with our cloud services via APIs. This role requires exceptional C-stakeholder management skills with regular presentations to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Additionally, you will influence and collaborate with transversal teams such as Legal, Operations, and Finance. A significant portion of the development work may be outsourced, and the Senior Product Manager will drive the relationship with the outsourced partner(s), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in technology product management, with at least 5+ years building developer platforms or tools.
• At least 5 years as a developer, familiar with Android development and APIs.
• Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence transversal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong experience managing outsourced development, with a focus on driving execution and quality.

• Experience working with ISOs, PSPs, ISVs, or Banks in a technical capacity.
• Knowledge of CICD workflows and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Ingenico Developer Platform, addressing the needs of ISVs, Fintech and enterprise developers across the regions.
• Regularly present strategies, roadmaps, progress, and key results to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between the developer platform vision and Ingenico's strategic goals.
• Oversee the development of the best developer platform addressing Android SDKs for ISVs building applications on Ingenico terminals and Cloud APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Act as a driving force in the API design process, ensuring developer needs and expectations are incorporated.
• Lead collaboration with transversal teams such as Legal, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive developer experience.
• Manage relationships with outsourced development partners, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with product goals.
