About The Position

Boston Scientific's Electrophysiology division is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the downstream marketing strategy for the OPAL HDx Mapping System and its integration with FARAVIEW PFA Mapping. This role is pivotal in driving the system's rollout, managing software iterations, and ensuring successful commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment and software-based medical technologies.
  • Proven ability to execute product launches and drive commercial success.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed (~20-30%).

Responsibilities

  • Product Commercialization & Launch Execution
  • Lead downstream marketing efforts for OPAL HDx Mapping System
  • Develop and implement marketing messages, programs, and sales enablement tactics to drive market adoption and share.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, R D, regulatory, and operations) to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Manage ongoing software iterations, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into product updates.
  • Drive sustaining efforts to support continued market adoption and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Sales Enablement & Field Support
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and marketing collateral to support field teams.
  • Provide insights and guidance to sales teams to maximize commercial success.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives, including conferences, advisory boards, and hands-on training.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the electrophysiology mapping space.
