About The Position
This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation. This role is responsible for a major product line within the Outdoors B2B business. As a Senior Product Manager, Fiberon Decking/Railing/Cladding, you will be empowered and expected to grow margin and profitability of your product lines within the Fiberon business focused on the B2B Primary Purchasers, enabling the BU to meet its overall financial objective. You will provide thought leadership and direction to ensure we have the right products, in the right channels, with the right pricing architecture. You will have a deep understanding of the market and primary purchaser in B2B to recommend strategies that will increase market share and profitability throughout the product lifecycle. The ability to create and execute successful strategies, build narratives around those strategies, and influence multiple stakeholders internally and externally are necessary for success.
