Job Description: Job Family Definition: Designs, plans, develops and manages a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life. Management Level Definition: Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others. Additional Details: This person will primarily be working on HPE Compute Ops Management (COM) and needs to have familiarity with managing a SaaS Platform/Application that is B2B (preferred) Partner closely with Go To Market teams and own COM launch plans (positioning, messaging, release comms), build enablement BOM (demo scripts, talk tracks, FAQs, objection handling), and drive field readiness across Sales/CS/Partners. Partner closely with engineering/pricing/business operations teams to define price fences, metric(s) of value, tiers/bundles, and promotions; run deal/discount guardrails with Finance; maintain competitive price/packaging intelligence. Partner closely with the Go To Market teams to run win/loss analysis, advisory councils, and lighthouse betas; convert insights into prioritized asks for Engineering with clear PRDs/use cases and ROI. Lead Go To Market for potential integrations for COM across other SaaS products (internal & external to HPE eco-system)
