Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant product experience
- Must have expert level Product Management experience within large scale publicly facing software platforms
- Must have demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy for large scale, publicly facing, software platforms
- Must be able to effectively communicate product strategy to high level executives
- Must have extensive experience in product management
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approaches
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust 6C
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Engage with executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunities.
- Translate intricate concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies.
- Comfort working alongside engineers and architects to assess technical trade-offs, prioritize platform improvements, and align product strategy with technical realities
- Track record of translating complex business rules, policy requirements, or regulatory constraints into usable digital workflows and intuitive product experiences
- Strategic road mapping and prioritization

- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards achieving key business outcomes
