About The Position

At Guild, we believe talent is everywhere and that opportunity should be too. We continue to have our home and headquarters in Denver, but we have embraced a distributed model of working to reach the best talent in the United States. While some roles may require proximity to our Denver office, roles based outside of our Denver office can sit in any of the following 32 states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI and Washington D.C. Please only apply if you are able to live and work full-time in one of the states listed above. State locations and specifics are subject to change as our hiring requirements shift. If you are an Internal Candidate, please apply via our Internal Job Board . ---- To thrive as a company and meet our impact goals, we must cultivate a culture of high-performance. We know managers are often the single-largest driver of employee satisfaction and growth, and our talent is our biggest asset. Because of that, we’ve identified consistent expectations for all of Guild’s people managers — helping you know what to expect from your experience here. ---- Senior Product Manager, Grow Learner Experience The Opportunity Guild Grow is our product line focused on expanding access to education and skilling benefits globally. We need a Senior PM to own the learner experience—the part that actually matters to the people using this thing. You'll be responsible for making sure learners get real value, not just access to a catalog. That means understanding what's actually blocking them, what's working, and shipping improvements that move outcomes—not just metrics. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and data, and you'll use AI tooling to move faster (prototyping, research synthesis, testing ideas quickly). This is a remote role with occasional travel to Denver. Outcomes You'll Be Expected to Achieve Measurable improvement in learner engagement and completion within your product area A clear, validated roadmap that balances learner needs with enterprise talent goals Faster iteration cycles—using AI tooling to prototype and test ideas before committing engineering resources

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in product management, ideally B2B, SaaS, or platform products
  • Strong discovery chops—you know how to learn what customers actually need
  • Technical fluency—you can have real conversations with engineers about tradeoffs
  • Data literacy—you use metrics to inform decisions, not just report on them
  • Comfort with AI tooling—you're already using it to move faster, not waiting to be told to
  • Clear communication—you can write a tight PRD and present to leadership without a lot of fluff

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in education, benefits, payments, or global products
  • Background working on consumer-facing experiences within a B2B context

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and roadmap for your product area, from discovery through delivery
  • Lead research and discovery to understand what learners actually need (not just what stakeholders assume)
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship quality work on a predictable cadence
  • Use data and experimentation to make decisions—track what's working, kill what isn't
  • Build quick prototypes using AI-assisted tools to explore ideas before they hit the backlog
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders—keep people aligned without endless meetings

Benefits

  • Access to low-cost, high-quality health care options through Collective Health and Kaiser (due to coverage limitations, Kaiser is currently only available in CA & CO)
  • Access to a 401k to help save for the future
  • Vacation policy to rest and recharge
  • 8 days of fully-paid sick leave, to take the time to heal and or recover
  • Family-friendly benefits, including 12 weeks of parental leave for non-birthing parents and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents; 4-week ramp-up period for when employees return from a leave of 6 weeks or more; as well as employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, employer-sponsored life insurance, fertility and caregiving benefits.
  • Well-rounded wellness benefits including free and low cost mental health resources and financial wellbeing support services
  • Education benefits and tuition assistance to help your future development and growth
