About The Position

SymphonyAI Media is a leading innovator in AI-driven solutions for the media and entertainment industry. We empower our clients with cutting-edge technology that enhances content creation, distribution, and monetization. From ETL pipelines to data modeling and infrastructure, we help our clients manage and derive value from high-volume financial and content performance datasets - and we're increasingly embedding AI/ML and LLM capabilities into our solutions to unlock next-generation automation and insights. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will connect our customers, Product, and Engineering teams. This role blends customer empathy with product execution: capturing feedback, translating it into actionable user stories, coordinating releases, and ensuring that internal delivery aligns with external expectations. You'll work closely with the Head of PMO, Product Director, and Engineering leads to make sure every release delivers measurable customer value.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of combined experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Customer Success for SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and backlog management.
  • Excellent communicator-able to translate technical updates into business context.
  • Experience writing requirements and stories; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple releases concurrently.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast to better support colleagues and clients across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and enhancement requests.
  • Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with the Delivery PM (India) to groom and prioritize backlogs.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives; ensure customer outcomes are represented.
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions with the Product Director.
  • Manage release coordination and readiness with Ops and Engineering.
  • Draft and distribute customer release notes and readiness communications.
  • Lead structured customer check-ins for upcoming releases and joint testing.
  • Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
  • Maintain program dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
