We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager (Long term contract) who thrives in complex, client-facing environments and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple stakeholders, communicating effectively with highly technical teams, and translating business needs into clear product direction. Experience in digital products across mobile, web, or professional services is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related delivery leadership roles
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in an agile / Scrum software development framework
  • Ability to translate business needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and executable backlogs
  • High emotional intelligence: diplomacy, tact, and calm under pressure
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel digital experiences
  • Familiarity with experimentation, personalization, or optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in mobile apps, web platforms, or connected digital products
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders) to deliver high-quality digital products and experiences
  • Serve as the primary product partner to client stakeholders, helping shape product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned to business objectives and scope of work
  • Integrate user research, data insights, and client feedback into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with design and development to review concepts, validate solutions, and iterate quickly
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope across multiple initiatives
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Thrive in a fluid, creative, and fast-paced consulting environment where adaptability is essential
