About The Position

Reach www.reach.security integrates with your existing security tools to identify blind spots across your defenses, prioritize fixes, automatically remediate misconfigurations, and continuously validate that your security posture remains strong. Senior Product Manager We are looking for an exceptional product leader to own and scale a core product area at Reach. This is a high visibility, high impact role responsible for shaping strategy, driving execution, and influencing the trajectory of the business. We are not looking for average. We are looking for someone who is truly world class in at least one dimension. That could be deep cybersecurity domain expertise, a proven ability to materially change the direction of a product within an organization, or a rare combination of technical depth and the ability to execute. You will operate across the full product lifecycle from strategy conception through execution, working closely with engineering, research, GTM, and customers. You will be accountable for outcomes, not just output.

Requirements

4 + years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to B2B SaaS environments and ideally prior cybersecurity experience
Ability to influence executives and align cross functional teams around a clear product vision
Strong technical fluency in cybersecurity with the ability to collaborate credibly with engineers and researchers
A track record of driving a product area from concept to launch with clear business outcomes
Ability to thrive in environments where the roadmap is not handed to you, where strategy must be shaped in real time, and where impact is measured by outcomes, not process.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Prior relevant security domain such as identity, endpoint, cloud security, configuration management, or exposure management
Proven track record of materially changing the trajectory of a product or business line
Experience building AI native products rather than simply layering AI onto existing workflows
Strong founder mentality with demonstrated ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

Own an entire product area end to end, from vision and roadmap to delivery and iteration
Define and drive the long-term product priorities and strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunity
Partner deeply with research and engineering teams to design and prototype innovative AI driven capabilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure strong product market fit and successful launches
Define and prioritize features based on customer discovery, market demand, competitive landscape, and data
Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, representing Reach with customers and partners
