Senior Product Manager
About The Position
VAST builds the operating and financial backbone for fast-growing, cash-intensive businesses, combining hands-on execution with purpose-built software, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. We provide technology-enabled shared services, financial infrastructure, and operational support to partners across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, with deep roots in route gaming and other multi-location businesses. Our teams work directly inside the operations—handling real cash flows, real data, and real constraints while designing systems that make the business faster and easier to scale. We focus on execution first: accurate books, strong controls, and dependable processes. From there, we build automation, software, and AI-enabled workflows that eliminate manual work and raise the standard for how the back office operates. As Senior Product Manager , you'll own critical parts of our platform that serve finance, compliance, legal, and other core business functions. You'll shape powerful tools that help our clients move faster, make smarter decisions, and stay ahead. Reporting to the Head of Product , you'll lead high-impact initiatives from concept through launch, balancing business outcomes, technical execution, and exceptional user experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong systems thinking, able to understand and improve complex, multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Deep empathy for users, especially those in operational or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and deliver results in startup settings.
- Excellent communication skills, crisp with requirements, clear with tradeoffs, and confident with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence , Figma, and analytics platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fintech, compliance, or building platforms that support regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key modules across our client-facing platform.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and success metrics.
- Understand the real-world needs of B2B customers, especially in finance, compliance, and operations, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead product development through discovery, build, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces and powerful backend systems.
- Drive alignment, documentation, and transparency across teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence .
- Prioritize ruthlessly, move quickly, and hold a high bar for quality.
