About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will significantly impact the growth initiatives within the Individual Retirement Strategies Product organization. Your expertise will help optimize profitability across a diverse portfolio of Growth solutions. By analyzing key business metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive insights that influence profitability and competitive positioning in the market, ultimately enhancing enterprise value. Accountabilities Monitor emerging business results, market insights, and changes in economic and regulatory environments. Partner with Pricing to understand product pricing inputs and assumptions impacting product economics. Collaborate across the business system to manage P&L aspects, maximizing value generation while managing risk. Maintain awareness of competitor rates and relative positioning of products in the Growth portfolio. Manage relationships with stakeholders on the Future Growth Initiatives team for insights and feedback. Support RFP/RFI responses and development of materials for Future Growth pipeline opportunities. Partner with Product Development to evaluate innovation initiatives and define the Growth Initiatives product roadmap. Execute the Growth Initiatives product roadmap through collaboration with Product Development, Support, and Implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, or retirement solutions.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills, preferably with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to partner with diverse functions and levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a self-motivated approach to work.
  • Highly organized and adept at handling changing priorities.
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and effective negotiation.

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
