ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly experienced Real Money Gaming (RMG) Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our casino product vertical. This role requires a strong balance of high-level strategic thinking and deep, hands-on daily execution. You will serve as the essential bridge between our commercial stakeholders and our technical engineering teams. You will define the what and the why for our casino products, turning market opportunities and business needs into structured product requirements, unified roadmaps, and ultimately, best-in-class player experiences. While this role is heavily focused on the core RMG/Casino experience, you will play a critical part in our overarching ecosystem strategy, requiring you to actively identify and drive cross-sell opportunities between our Casino, Sportsbook, and Sweepstakes verticals.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience specifically for an RMG company or RMG products.
- Hands-On & Strategic: Proven ability to seamlessly switch between executive-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to do the daily operational work (e.g., writing PRDs, managing Jira, configuring tools).
- Must-Have Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Comfortable presenting to leadership and bridging the gap between non-technical marketers and highly technical developers.
- Deep Casino Expertise: Intimate understanding of casino player journeys, VIP experiences, bonus engines, and game mechanics in order to develop but also improve the existing products on a vertical and brand basis.
- Product Leadership: A critical thinker who defines clear KPIs, evaluates trade-offs, and proposes alternate solutions rather than just taking orders.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiar with modern iGaming ecosystems (PAM systems, game aggregators, payment gateways, CMS structures).
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Strong, practical experience working with Jira, writing user stories, and operating within Agile frameworks alongside QA and dev teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle for RMG features, combining strategic vision with hands-on daily execution and project tracking.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Evaluate, prioritize, and maintain a single, unified RMG product roadmap based on actual business value, ROI, and core KPIs.
- Hands-On Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Partner directly with commercial leaders (CRM, Marketing, Art, Legal) to gather needs, and actively write clear, highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and use cases.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work hands-on with design teams for UI/UX mockups and collaborate daily with Platform Product Owners to groom backlogs and guide sprint execution.
- Multi-Brand Configuration: Understand the complexities of a multi-tenant platform and assist in the hands-on coordination and configuration of feature rollouts across 15+ different brand front-ends.
- Balance Innovation & Tech Debt: Work strategically with engineering leadership to balance the delivery of new commercial features with the ongoing health of the platform.
