But we also build flexibility into every part of our product, and our culture, so people can do great work without burning out. Robin is hiring a Senior Product Manager to create, own, and scale a portfolio of AI-powered product experiences across our workplace operations platform - bringing new product bets to life within an established organization. Why this role exists: Workplace Ops teams are under constant pressure: more requests, more tools, more complexity—and not enough time. Robin already sits at the center of the operational reality of modern offices (people, spaces, services, visitors, and issues). With AI, we have an opportunity to do more than organize work—we can automate the repetitive parts, surface the next-best action, and help teams resolve work faster with confidence. We’re looking for a Senior PM with proven experience shipping AI products from zero to one—someone who can take a real customer problem from concept to the right solution, and deliver a capability that’s launched, measured, and trusted. You’ll be a hands-on builder who partners closely with design and engineering to create solutions that are genuinely useful, dependable, and widely adopted.
