Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management, Agile development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in analytics tools and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking product vision and strategy that aligns with TomoCredit's long-term business objectives.
  • Lead comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Own and manage a strategic product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Prioritize product initiatives by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class product solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimizations.
  • Analyze product performance through KPIs and data insights, iterating on the product to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and foster a customer-first mindset across teams.
  • Lead usability testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and user experiences.
