About The Position

Under the direction of the VP of Product Management, the Product Manager will manage research and development activities relating to the design and development of software products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. Essential Job Functions: Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements. Evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization. Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases.

Requirements

• Performs work under general supervision.
• Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses solid working knowledge of software-as-a-service.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• Ability to foster teamwork.
• Possesses management, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent Project management skills.
• Proficient in technical expertise and computer skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in homecare-related technology, call center software, and eLearning platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.
• May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
• Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
• Work with vendors/partners to plan and coordinate integration projects
