The company has customers globally across SMBs and the Fortune 500. The Claris product management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive Monetization across the Claris portfolio. You will shape licensing and pricing models, subscription flows, trials, entitlements and the underlying systems, ensuring a seamless and value-aligned customer journey. This is a high-impact individual contributor role-ideal for a product manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, data, and product experience.Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Strong experience with shipping software incrementally following agile practices, with Scrum being preferred
Exposure to generative AI-driven experiences or workflow automation platforms, especially where monetization models evolve with usage or AI features.
MBA or equivalent business experience in pricing, strategy, or growth.
Passion for empowering developers, creators, and businesses to build custom digital solutions.
