About The Position

DigiCert is the global leader in digital trust, and we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive critical initiatives across our Public Trust and PKI portfolio. This role is ideal for an execution-focused product operator who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to move complex, customer-impacting work from ambiguity to delivery. You don’t need to know everything on day one—but you must know how to drive alignment, make sound calls, and get things done responsibly in a trust-based business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product or Program Management, ideally in cybersecurity, PKI, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Agile product development framework.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Strong execution mindset with a bias for action.
• Comfort operating in compliance- and trust-sensitive environments.
• Clear, confident communicator who builds alignment and credibility.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with: PKI, digital certificates, or trust ecosystems
• Compliance-driven or externally mandated product changes
• High-scale, mission-critical SaaS platforms

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of key Public Trust and PKI initiatives, from definition through launch.
• Translate ecosystem requirements, compliance mandates, and customer needs into clear, actionable plans.
• Partner closely with Engineering to keep work moving and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Trust, Sales, Customer teams, and leadership.
• Identify risks early, make tradeoffs explicit, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure customer-impacting changes are thoughtfully timed and clearly communicated.
