Product Team You’ll be joining Arrive AI’s Product Team to revolutionize Autonomous Last Mile (ALM) logistics by transforming over a decade of research, design, and customer collaboration into the world’s first autonomous logistics network and platform. Our fast-paced skunkworks team rapidly iterates, prototypes, and develops next-generation Arrive Point units, networks, and AI-powered platforms. By integrating cutting-edge hardware, robotics, IoT, software, data, AI, and manufacturing, we’re driving a bold roadmap for ALM innovation. The Role: We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for Arrive Point products and the ALM platform. This is a role for a strategic builder who thrives at bringing hardware to market from design, iteration, through to production. This leader will manage a sophisticated, multi-horizon roadmap, thinking not only about what to deliver now but also anticipating where technology curves are heading—from robotics to AI to materials—and ensuring Arrive hits the right capabilities at the right time. In other words, this role will help Arrive skate to where the puck is going to be, planning for future breakthroughs while delivering meaningful progress today.

Requirements

Product Management Experience: 5+ years managing hard-tech or hybrid hardware/software products in dynamic, innovative companies.
Hardware Development Methodologies: Proven experience managing stages from Product Requirement Document to Engineering Validation Test to Design Validation Test to Production Validation Test
Hard-Tech Expertise: Familiarity with product architecture and manufacturing realities
Strategic Vision: Ability to craft multi-horizon roadmaps for complex, integrated systems—anticipating future trends and timing capabilities for maximum impact.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, market research, and financial insights to drive decisions.
Strong Communicator: Excellent at synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders, aligning teams, and rallying them around the product vision.
Startup Agility: Comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity, and hands-on work in a fast-moving environment.
Expect to travel up to 5 days per month.

Product Management Tools: Experience using modern PM tools like Notion to organize work, track progress, and keep teams aligned is a big plus.

Define the Roadmap: Build and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap that balances near-term execution with long-term vision.
Plan for the Future: Understand the exponential curves of key technologies (AI, robotics, IoT, materials) to time product capabilities strategically—hitting market needs and partner readiness when it matters most.
Guide Cross-Functional Teams: Align engineering, design, AI, supply chain, and operations teams around product goals and milestones.
Drive Iteration & Prototyping: Lead rapid experimentation to refine concepts, test assumptions, and accelerate product evolution.
Analyze & Act: Use data, market insights, and user feedback to inform decisions, prioritize features, and validate strategy.
Bridge Development to Production: Ensure product requirements translate cleanly into manufacturing-ready designs, supporting smooth launches and scalable production.
Engage Stakeholders: Serve as the voice of the product—gathering input from customers, partners, and internal teams, and communicating priorities effectively.
