The Senior Product Manager is an individual contributor in the Product team responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

  • Take full ownership of the product, including its strategic direction, market positioning, and overall business impact.
  • Deeply understand the product and how it addresses customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough product discovery to identify and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest customer value.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive and market research, analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Mentor more junior product managers on the team.
  • Represent the product at community events, industry functions, and through digital channels.
  • Develop & validate product initiatives that add value and solve real problems for customers.
  • Lead & manage product initiatives from ideation through to launch and beyond.
  • Be the voice of the customer through in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Establish, monitor and report on success measures that align with product vision and business objectives.
  • Develop product packaging and commercial models that support revenue targets.
  • Contribute to overall business planning activities.
  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders to build a balanced, value-driven roadmap of product initiatives.
  • Validate & test new product initiatives with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Maintain product collateral for sales, field and support teams.
  • Create and facilitate execution of product launch / nurture activities with marketing team.
  • Deep understanding of product management principles and practices.
  • Experience in conducting market and competitor analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data analytics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Experience in SaaS product management.
  • Familiarity with data and information lifecycle management.
  • Background in working with highly-regulated organizations.
