At Dynasty, we are developing an integrated platform that consolidates essential tools for customer-facing teams—including CRM, analytics, workflows, content management, service/ticketing, and knowledge—into a unified interface. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategy, shaping the roadmap, and overseeing the commercialization of this platform. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team in an agile environment. In this role, you will work directly with developers, engaging in day-to-day discussions and ensuring clear communication of product requirements. You will actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to drive alignment between business goals and technical execution.
