About The Position
DMG's Fulfillment Platform is at the heart of connecting our customers and suppliers, supporting key activities like work verification, proposal management, and invoicing. As a Product Manager on the Fulfillment Platform team, you will drive the vision and development of tools that empower Operations Coordinators and Managers enabling them to deliver on our promise of speed, quality, and value to our customers. In this role, you'll play a key part in automating and enhancing fulfillment processes through the strategic use of Large Language Models, advanced machine learning techniques, and AI-driven solutions. You will shape AI-powered experiences that reduce manual touchpoints and foster a touchless work execution environment-maximizing efficiency, real-time visibility, and operational excellence. By building scalable AI products and integrated services, you will help ensure DMG remains a leader in customer-centric, technology-driven facility maintenance services.
