We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role blends strategic thinking with technical depth. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to build the best accounts payable experience for eCommerce businesses, and help shape the future of back office automation. You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap, prioritizing features, and delivering delightful experiences for Parker customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build from the ground up.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B startups.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of shipping features from scratch.
• Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with accounting, ecommerce, or financial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Bill Pay—from vision and strategy to execution and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship features that are intuitive, performant, and impactful.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to deeply understand user needs and market trends.
• Define and track key KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future development.
• Write clear product specs and user stories; break down complex ideas into actionable steps.
• Manage fintech partnerships critical to Bill Pay’s functionality and scale.
• Communicate product updates, challenges, and wins to stakeholders across the company.
