About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Management Specialist to spearhead the entire product journey, from conception to launch, ensuring a seamless alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technological feasibility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the product vision, defining its positioning in the market, and orchestrating its development through effective planning, resource allocation, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Property Management Systems, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in product management is preferred, with a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements using Microsoft tools such as AzureDevOps, TFS, Jira, as well as experience in creating UX wireframes, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Ability to foster strong partnerships with colleagues and customers, cultivating relationships built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to thrive in ambiguous situations, navigate uncertainty, and drive results in dynamic environments.
• Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to address challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define the product's overarching vision and strategic positioning, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth customer interviews, market assessments, and user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
• Develop and refine the product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and delivery timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and prioritize product features and capabilities based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to iterate on product concepts, validate assumptions, and refine product requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and gather intelligence to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, enabling independent decision-making and cross-functional teamwork.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams, leveraging technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless coordination.
• Represent the company and showcase our products at tradeshows, events, and industry conferences, fostering relationships with customers and partners.
